Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. clients with an accent on sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment. Location: Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica and available to work during U.S. business hours.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and facilitate hiring team feedback.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Staffing.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Agency or high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for SaaS, Finance, or Professional Services roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment analytics.
