What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing techniques.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and facilitate hiring team feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Staffing.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Agency or high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, Finance, or Professional Services roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment analytics.
