Location: 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Mexico City, Mexico. Applications from other Mexican cities will not be considered.

What you will do
- Source, contact, and onboard interviewers to support supply growth.
- Use AI-powered tools to support screening and improve candidate quality.
- Coordinate with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to improve recruitment efficiency and conversion.
- Track funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, candidate quality, and retention metrics.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in applicant tracking and workflow management systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking and workflow management tools; Greenhouse is preferred.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to building scalable processes and improving operational outcomes.
- Advanced English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher; candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico.
