Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (AI): Attracting and engaging top talent across LATAM for an AI-powered experience orchestration platform with an accent on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement. Focus on leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to build talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Source and engage top talent across sales and technical roles in Mexico and other LATAM markets.
  • Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools such as Findem.AI to identify and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment activities and standards.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle within the Workday ATS, ensuring strict data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop personalized messaging strategies and collaborate on employer branding initiatives via social media.
  • Support the LATAM Talent Team with sourcing, scheduling assistance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office).
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of equivalent relevant recruiting experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring teams across multiple countries, talent segments, and time zones.
  • CV/Resume submissions must be in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience sourcing and utilizing AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.

Hiring process

  • Application review by the Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
  • Initial screening interview via Zoom with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Interviews with the hiring manager and other team members (maximum of five interviews).
