Consultant - Client Implementation (Payments)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Manage standard to moderately complex client implementation projects for hirify.global products across the EU.
• Coordinate requirements, installations, conversions, maintenance requests, technical activation, and product adoption with clients.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, communications, and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate with Client Success, technology, product, and external project teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs, handover materials, and management updates.
• Support training, process improvements, after-hours configuration changes, post-production validation, and major go-live activities.

Requirements

• Experience in business consulting, financial services, payments, technology, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, project management, infrastructure, and applications.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate, manage competing priorities, translate technical concepts into business language, and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of payment systems, including client connectivity, authorization, clearing, settlement, message formats, APIs, and payment-scheme policies.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and applications, including generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-regional projects in the software or financial industries.
• Business consulting experience focused on project management and solutioning.
• Project management certification.
• Additional European languages.
