Project Manager (FinTech)

Location: Remote in Hong Kong, South Korea, or Japan

Compensation includes a one-time USD $500 home-office setup and a USD $150 monthly stipend via a Brex Card; competitive salary and stock options are also offered.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs.
• Scope, plan, and execute integration timelines with product, engineering, compliance, legal, operations, business development, and customer success teams.
• Lead partner check-ins, track action items, and report project status, risks, dependencies, successes, and blockers.
• Help partners navigate KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Communicate partner feature requests to technical teams and support prioritization.
• Document and improve onboarding frameworks, processes, and internal and external resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
• Strong process, analysis, design, documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency and proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are required.
• Ability to work flexibly with customers around the world.
• Familiarity with fintech, financial markets, investing applications, brokerage, stocks, and crypto.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, modern APIs, issue management, API logging tools, Postman, curl, and Metabase.
