Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Hong Kong or Seoul

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs.
• Scope, plan, and execute integration timelines with product, engineering, compliance, and external partner teams.
• Facilitate partner check-ins, track action items, and report project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal resources across business development, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success.
• Guide partners through KYC, AML, regulatory disclosures, and other onboarding requirements.
• Document processes, communicate partner feature requests, and improve onboarding frameworks for future integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
• Strong process, analysis, design, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• English and Chinese communication skills required for client interactions.
• Ability to work flexibly with customers around the world and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with fintech, financial markets, investing applications, brokerage, stocks, and crypto.
• Experience with project management and technical tools including Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Google Workspace, Metabase, Postman, curl, and API logging tools.

Nice to have

• Sales, customer success, or customer experience leadership background.
• Training and enablement experience.
• Experience with REST, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, and enterprise software implementations.
