Senior Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead post-sales integration projects for new vertical software partners and enhancements for existing partners.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and create tailored integration plans.
• Manage implementation projects, project logs, KPIs, partner launches, and ongoing production documentation.
• Connect Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure effective implementation plans and technical solutions.
• Support partners after launch and help pilot and implement new fintech products.
• Develop AI-first approaches to improve and automate integration processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Technical Support, or a similar role in payments or fintech.
• Experience creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, modern integration patterns, and API testing tools such as Postman and curl.
• Knowledge of payment processing concepts, including tokenization, PCI compliance, transaction flows, acquiring, issuing, card networks, and ACH.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or a similar programming language.
• Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and independent execution skills for working with enterprise executives, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
