Regional Manager EMEA, Data Center Capacity Delivery (AI)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid policy: all staff are expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time; this role also expects regular presence at regional project sites.

Annual salary: £1–£1 GBP.

What you will do

• Own delivery across an EMEA portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects from deal close through floor access and operational handover.
• Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers while planning resourcing and headcount as the portfolio grows.
• Manage executive-level relationships with developers, general contractors, owner's representatives, and third-party partners.
• Set and enforce standards for integrated schedules, quality, change control, reporting, and delivery tools.
• Own schedule, quality, and safety outcomes against early-floor-access and floor-access milestones.
• Identify and clear blockers across developers, GCs, trades, and internal teams, stepping in on site when necessary.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering data centers or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Senior owner's-side or GC-side leadership experience on a project campus.
• Experience leading multi-project portfolios and building delivery teams.
• End-to-end knowledge of entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Executive-level experience managing developer, GC, and third-party relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Hyperscale data center delivery experience on the owner, developer, or GC side.
• Experience with the UK and continental European markets, including contractors, permitting regimes, and contractual norms.
• Familiarity with lease, construction, and development contract structures.
