Technical Success Manager (AI)

Location: Edinburgh, UK. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Occasional client travel may be required.

What you will do

• Advise clients and architect scalable, best-practice solutions within existing hirify.global environments.
• Own high-value client outcomes, navigate technical limitations, and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive project progress, prioritize simultaneous initiatives, and communicate project health to senior leadership.
• Partner with Account Executives, Support Leads, and Product Managers to develop business-as-usual service models for clients.
• Collaborate with R&D on scalable tools, templates, processes, and methodologies that reduce project effort and improve client self-sufficiency.
• Consult clients on modeling and examining financial instruments and assets while supporting retention through high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required from the first day of employment.
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and solve complex problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with partners by email, phone, and in person.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management software implementations.
• Ability to program or script in Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Claude.
