Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-person work at the office 4–5 days per week. Travel approximately twice per month for 2–3 days.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, workflow design, success metrics, and rollout planning.
• Coordinate concurrent deployments across client stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Product Operations, and Training.
• Drive configuration, data migration, launch readiness, adoption, and change management.
• Translate customer feedback and real-world usage into product requirements and shipped improvements.
• Develop repeatable engagement playbooks, processes, templates, and operating systems to scale deployment quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise deployments through launch.
• Strong technical intuition, supported by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to independently manage complex client-facing projects in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately twice per month.
