Regional Delivery Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote within the United States, with locations listed in Palo Alto, California and New York. Regular travel across North American sites is required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually in California or $130,000–$195,000 annually in New York, plus potential equity and bonus.

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform spanning capital, data center clusters, and software, with a fleet of AI data centers planned across North America.

What you will do

• Own delivery of all active North American projects, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost accountability.
• Lead, develop, and grow regional Project Delivery Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Drive consistent execution standards with functional leaders while maintaining project pace and autonomy.
• Manage senior relationships with general contractors, consultants, and key vendors.
• Direct resource planning, regional reporting, risk management, and executive escalations.
• Shape delivery strategy for new sites and embed lessons learned across the data center fleet.

Requirements

• Significant data center delivery experience with accountability for multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Deep experience managing general contractors and major works packages in live delivery environments.
• Safety-first leadership experience on complex construction programs.
• Strong commercial judgment across contracts, cost, and change on major capital projects.
• Confident executive-level communication and willingness to travel regularly across North American sites.
