Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, USA

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hirify.global-1 certification process from scoping through certificate issuance.
• Lead complex engagements involving security, legal, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Orchestrate projects under ambitious timelines while maintaining high quality.
• Drive productization by turning customer patterns into scalable workflows and tooling.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to translate insights into product improvements.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, audit, or enterprise delivery.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple enterprise customers.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco (relocation stipend and visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience at a top consulting or audit firm.
• Background in AI, security, compliance, or enterprise software.
• Product mindset with an interest in system improvement.
