Principal Product Manager (Observability)

Location: Poland

Salary: 369,400–584,300 PLN per year base salary with no variable compensation component.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global Agent, Fleet Server, and telemetry collectors.
• Set and track KPIs for agent deployment success, pipeline efficiency, and OpenTelemetry adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of hirify.global Agent, EDOT, and standalone agent-based distributions.
• Drive remote management, deployment, configuration, and control capabilities for agent and collector infrastructure at scale.
• Lead Kubernetes operator, Helm Chart, OpenTelemetry, Filebeat, Beats, and Logstash product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product marketing, and represent hirify.global’s agent and collector ecosystem at internal and external events.

Requirements

• At least five years of Product Management experience focused on enterprise infrastructure observability, telemetry collection, or agent frameworks.
• Deep technical familiarity with OpenTelemetry Collector, hirify.global Agent, Filebeat, Beats, Logstash, collectors, and log shippers.
• Experience defining requirements for remote agent management, fleet control planes, or distributed edge collection systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators, Helm Charts, cloud-native orchestration, and release management.
• Expertise in OpenTelemetry standards, receivers, exporters, collector architectures, and open-source community collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with the hirify.global Stack and modern AI productivity tools.
