Manager, HR Program Management (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering strategic HR process transformation programs against scope, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
• Translate enterprise priorities and stakeholder needs into program objectives, success measures, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Develop and govern integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and decision-making.
• Assess organizational impacts, anticipate adoption risks, and develop change and mitigation strategies with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across HR functions and establish reporting disciplines to track progress, outcomes, risks, and delivered value.
• Identify and scale responsible, high-value AI use cases across HR while embedding governance, human judgment, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading complex, multidimensional, cross-functional programs and communications.
• Proven experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, data visualization, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Prior experience in financial services.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or PHR.
