Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead execution, integrated planning, and coordination for a portfolio of complex engineering initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into technology programs, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans with engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Coordinate work across engineering, data, AI, platform, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, prioritization, escalation paths, and program governance across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare executive-ready communications covering program status, priorities, risks, decisions, and delivery progress.
• Advance scalable technology program management practices and support responsible AI governance.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex technical or engineering program portfolios involving multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
• Strong experience with program governance, roadmap alignment, portfolio prioritization, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Technical fluency in software engineering, data platforms, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology.
• Understanding of responsible AI governance and the integration of AI capabilities into technology initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
