AI Program Manager

What you will do

• Drive AI program execution for assigned business domains and enterprise priority areas across build, buy, and blend initiatives.
• Design intake, evaluation, prioritization, and use-case definition processes tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate AI solution delivery across design, development, testing, rollout, optimization, and stage gates.
• Partner with technology, analytics, product, legal, information security, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead governance, documentation, change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities.
• Track adoption, productivity, quality, customer experience, risk reduction, and financial impact metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, computer science, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in program or project management, product operations, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with defined business outcomes and measurable success criteria.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, agentic workflows, AI lifecycle considerations, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.
• Knowledge of agile delivery, AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security controls, and monitoring expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and analytics initiatives, AI-enabled SaaS platforms, or enterprise deployment of licensed AI tools.
• Experience evaluating vendors, managing technology contracts, and supporting ongoing platform relationships.
• Experience working in complex environments spanning business, technology, risk, and compliance.
