What you will do

• Drive AI program execution by translating business outcomes into scoped programs across the build, buy, and blend spectrum.
• Design and manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization process for AI opportunities.
• Facilitate use case discovery, workflow mapping, and definition of success metrics with business SMEs.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across design, technical development, testing, and rollout.
• Lead vendor and tool evaluation, ensuring alignment with Legal, InfoSec, and Procurement requirements.
• Manage change, communication, and training efforts to build AI literacy and support responsible adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or technology delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in complex environments.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI, agentic workflows, and production deployment realities.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.

• Experience with AI and analytics initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles.
