AVP, Strategic Program Execution

Salary: $156,500–$290,100 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Own the integrated Data & Digital initiative portfolio, including priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance frameworks connecting strategic objectives with execution commitments.
• Translate executive direction into outcome-driven plans with clear ownership, milestones, and performance measures.
• Lead delivery of critical cross-functional enterprise initiatives and clarify decision rights across business units.
• Provide senior leadership with concise views of initiative health, risks, tradeoffs, and emerging execution gaps.
• Institutionalize execution rhythms, reporting standards, portfolio reviews, and accountability for measurable impact.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles.
• Proven success driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion and supporting enterprise transformations.
• Strong executive presence and experience working directly with senior leaders.
• Experience operating independently in matrixed or highly complex organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and constructive challenge skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate informal influence networks.
