Senior Manager, International Markets

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid working with face-to-face collaboration at the Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Shape hirify.global’s strategy across more than 70 markets and incorporate local priorities into global planning.
• Support global and regional P&L and portfolio management actions, aligning strategy with financial performance.
• Lead value creation and performance improvement initiatives with regional and local teams.
• Work with C-level and global management at the Berlin headquarters to define strategy and ensure execution quality.
• Source, distribute, and drive implementation of operational best practices across international markets.
• Translate data into insights and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision-makers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business development/strategy at a fast-paced technology company.
• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier global management consulting firm.
• Strong ability to model complex business and financial scenarios and combine data with situational judgment.
• Excellent English communication skills are required, as English is the primary business language.
• Experience working with and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Ownership mentality and a hands-on approach to delivering results.

• Technical skills, especially SQL.
