What you will do

• Support the Managing Director with company strategy, business planning, and budgeting.
• Drive and track strategic priorities, transformation programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, executive briefings, business reviews, and decision-making materials.
• Conduct market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Lead strategic projects, identify organizational roadblocks, and coordinate their resolution.
• Structure management processes, governance, reporting, meetings, action plans, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in strategy, management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, project management, or program management.
• Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, strategic, conceptual, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High initiative, execution excellence, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
