What you will do

• Work closely with the CEO, COO, and CTO to define and implement long-term growth strategies.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects to ensure they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Manage the legal and administrative steps for establishing new international subsidiaries.
• Set up operational structures and integrate them into existing company frameworks.
• Coordinate cooperation between central and local teams while reporting to management.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management with a focus on strategic projects and international expansion.
• In-depth understanding of market analysis and strategy implementation.
• Strong intercultural competence and experience in setting up international structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business success.
