is a deep-tech startup founded as a spin-off of TU Munich, developing quantum-sensor technology for three-dimensional current mapping in multilayer chips and supporting semiconductor manufacturers with chip debugging and yield analysis.
What you will do
- Act as a flexible right hand to the founders on high-priority strategic and operational topics.
- Own cross-functional projects from problem framing through delivery.
- Prepare board and investor materials, updates, presentations, fundraising support, and reporting.
- Design and improve internal processes, tools, and workflows as the company scales.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and business cases for key decisions.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and leadership teams on hiring, organizational topics, and priority initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Excellent structured thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with numbers, data, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Ownership mentality, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to drive topics end to end.
- Hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-paced startup with changing priorities.
Nice to have
- First experience in consulting, venture capital, startups, or a founder's team.
- Interest in deep tech, science, or hard-technology businesses.
