General Manager - Berlin (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage and launch local apartment operations in Berlin, focusing on guest experience, profitability, and business growth.
• Own budgets and P&L for Berlin properties.
• Set team goals based on company-wide OKRs and lead the team to deliver results.
• Hire, onboard, offboard, coach, and develop team members.
• Manage vendor and service-provider relationships and contracts, including cleaning and maintenance partners.
• Build scalable structures, simplify or automate daily work, and resolve cross-functional operational issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-property operations or hospitality with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading teams and managing hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Experience managing external vendors and service contracts.
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, time-management, and pressure-management skills.
• Fluency in German and English, plus a valid German work permit.
