What you will do

  • Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, and business development.
  • Work directly with leadership to solve complex operational and product challenges.
  • Build and scale new teams, internal processes, and organizational capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
  • Research and evaluate new market opportunities and product directions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience working effectively across diverse business functions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a track record of successful execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
