AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design

Location: Remote in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States

Salary: $203,200–$345,600 USD per year for United States residents

What you will do

• Own the function's AI strategy, align it with business priorities, define success metrics, and track measurable outcomes.
• Map end-to-end workflows, identify high-impact opportunities, manage AI request intake, and prioritize the backlog.
• Drive AI adoption and change management through rollout plans, feedback loops, office hours, onboarding, demos, and shared learning spaces.
• Recruit and coordinate a Champion network across sub-teams and connect Champions with Enterprise AI.
• Build and operate AI agents with no-code and low-code platforms such as Glean and Workato.
• Configure agent skills, MCP servers, and tools; monitor agent KPIs, run evaluations, and iterate or replace solutions as models and tools evolve.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the function's operations, workflows, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong strategic prioritization, product management, communication, influence, and change management skills.
• Experience building peer networks or communities of practice and coordinating volunteer contributors.
• Ability to build working AI agents, configure skills, connect MCP servers, and troubleshoot AI tools without needing to write production code.
• Understanding of AI capabilities including summarization, classification, generation, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to map structured and unstructured data flows and determine where humans should interact with automated workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code or low-code AI platforms, prompt engineering, and agent configuration.
• Experience partnering with technical AI or engineering teams to scale prototypes into production solutions.
