Manager, Field Service IPS Estimating and Scheduling

What you will do

• Lead estimating and scheduling activities for field service outages across North America.
• Oversee cost estimates and proposals for field service projects.
• Manage the master schedule for field service resources and optimize deployment and utilization.
• Develop standardized tools, workflows, governance, and best practices.
• Analyze performance against estimates and schedules to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team while collaborating with field operations, project management, engineering, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, cost estimating, resource scheduling, outage planning, or related operations in energy, power generation, or industrial services.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, resource planning, cost management, and process governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
