Senior Project Manager - NPD (Industrial Energy)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development projects, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate product strategy, technical requirements, and business needs into project plans and deliverables.
• Manage complex global projects against scope, cost, quality, and timeline commitments.
• Drive new product introductions, cost reduction initiatives, and product lifecycle improvements for industrial energy systems.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and product management stakeholders.
• Establish phase-gate governance, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, or industrial equipment and product environments.
• 7+ years of project management experience in New Product Development.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and delivering global product releases throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex projects and meeting cost, timeline, and quality targets.
• Strong business and financial acumen, stakeholder influence, and alignment skills in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial energy, power systems, or similar heavy equipment environments.
• Expertise in phase-gate processes or NPI frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale programs within industrial or energy-focused product portfolios.
