What you will do

• Support the launch and ongoing servicing of private equity funds, hedge funds, private placements, and other alternative investment vehicles.
• Coordinate client onboarding with sales, client-facing teams, tax, product strategy, legal, accounting, and fund administration partners, including AML/KYC processes, side letters, fund launches, transitions, and co-investments.
• Serve as a primary contact for investors and internal stakeholders, resolving operational inquiries and escalations.
• Oversee investor cash flow reporting and the maintenance of fund document repositories.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and third-party service providers, including service-level agreements.
• Lead technology transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations and improve the investor experience.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in private equity or hedge fund administration, investor servicing, or operations at a fund administrator or asset manager.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and lifecycle mechanics.
• Experience managing investor onboarding, operational inquiries, and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Risk- and control-oriented approach, including experience overseeing third-party providers and SLAs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
