What you will do

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures.
• Deliver high-quality administration services to clients and stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements, and private equity structures.
• Work with colleagues to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support client outcomes.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification or progress toward one, such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB, or STEP.
• Experience in fund, corporate, or fiduciary administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance, and client administration in financial services.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and confidence supporting and mentoring colleagues.
