Sr Commercial Portfolio Manager (Monitoring) - Equipment Finance

Location: Minnetonka, MN; position available at hirify.global Bank corporate office locations. Workplace type: Office.

Salary: $70,000–$154,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Administer an assigned commercial equipment finance portfolio and maintain credit quality in line with internal policies.
• Evaluate customer relationships, business risks, opportunities, and credit performance.
• Manage portfolio reviews, annual reviews, criticized loans, and material adverse change reviews.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve emerging portfolio risks in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate portfolio reporting and specialized analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, the Team Leader, Regional Commercial Management, and the Regional Credit Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial portfolio or relationship management.
• Experience reviewing financial statements for large corporations.
• Experience structuring and underwriting commercial credit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, professional network, and professionalism.
