Senior Technology Implementation Professional

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Gather and document business system and functional requirements.
• Influence system design to optimize support and align solutions with business objectives.
• Coordinate implementation of approved designs and requirements.
• Plan and support testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.
• Facilitate cross-functional team efforts across implementation activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a testing environment or testing-related area.
• At least 2 years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT business analysis, including development of business and technical artifacts.
• Experience with CAS claims processing.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
• Ability to work from a dedicated home space and maintain internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong desire to learn how multiple systems and processes work together.
