Analyst II, Business Product (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; travel to and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $78,875–$94,650 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Conduct user interviews, define use cases, and document user journeys and pain points.
• Gather, validate, and translate business and system requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Define complex problems, evaluate solutions, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze healthcare revenue cycle workflows to improve claim acceptance and reimbursement timelines.
• Support data-driven decisions through trend and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in business or product analysis.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Advanced use of AI, including exploring, experimenting with, and applying AI to process and technology improvements and managing teams using AI.
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and compliance awareness regarding HIPAA and PHI.

Nice to have

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Project leadership or customer-facing client solution experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
