Workday Analyst

Location: Remote or onsite depending on the candidate’s geographic location as specified in the offer letter; Monday–Friday during standard Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Annual base pay: $111,000–$122,100 in the national market or $127,650–$140,415 in premium markets, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and Boston. The position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, configure, and optimize Workday across core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Absence.
• Design business processes, implement system changes, and deliver enhancements that improve HR functionality and workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, identify root causes, and implement approved fixes.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, analytics, and complex calculated fields to support business decisions.
• Monitor data quality through audits and exception reporting while supporting data loads, system releases, testing, and end-user tickets.
• Partner with HR stakeholders, maintain SOPs and templates, and support change management and go-live activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment, including troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and optimization.
• 5+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields.
• Strong experience with Workday tenant configuration, data loads, and system maintenance.
• Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, data management, and confidentiality skills.
• Experience with at least one full Workday implementation and Workday technical integrations is preferred.
