Customs Specialist

What you will do

• Perform routine data quality checks on customs information in internal systems such as SAP.
• Support compliance reviews and audits by gathering and preparing documentation.
• Conduct basic compliance checks on customs entries and shipping documents.
• Identify and escalate compliance discrepancies and process issues.
• Document standard operating procedures for customs processes.
• Allocate customs-related charges to different business projects and maintain customs records.

Requirements

• University degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or logistics, including internships or entry-level positions.
• Knowledge of rules of origin, internal controls, compliance reporting, and ethical standards.
• Analytical, investigation, collaboration, and accountability skills.
• Experience with SAP applications and quality assurance is required.
