Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Elgin IV30, UK; on-site work across two Elgin sites. A UK driving licence is essential, and applicants must have the right to remain and take up paid employment in the UK.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound supplier deliveries and outbound shipments to customers and distribution centres.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track delays, and resolve delivery discrepancies with carriers and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, delivery notes, and export declarations.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure logistics activities comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain shipment, cost, tracking, and delivery records; prepare performance and cost reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, warehouse, and other teams to improve logistics service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or a similar environment, or willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
• UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with logistics, warehouse, or delivery management software.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Forklift or bendi-forklift licence; training can be provided.
