What you will do

  • Deliver sourcing initiatives for indirect procurement categories aligned with site and global strategies.
  • Manage supplier consolidation, SLAs, and performance frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional savings programs and maintain structured tracking of delivery.
  • Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
  • Develop procurement dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance of supplier documentation, including contracts, NDAs, and internal procurement controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, ideally within indirect procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build credible business cases from incomplete data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling.
