What you will do
- Support sourcing initiatives across indirect procurement categories in line with site and global strategies.
- Contribute to supplier consolidation, onboarding, transition planning, service level agreements, and performance frameworks.
- Lead or support cross-functional savings programs, cost optimization initiatives, and structured savings tracking.
- Manage supplier relationship activities, business reviews, KPIs, scorecards, and performance escalations.
- Analyze procurement data and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Maintain supplier documentation and procurement controls while collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, ideally in indirect procurement.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, stakeholder influence, and communication skills.
- Analytical ability to work with incomplete data and build credible business cases.
- Understanding of procurement processes, category management, and total cost of ownership modelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; ERP experience with SAP or JD Edwards is beneficial.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
