What you will do

• Deliver sourcing initiatives for indirect procurement categories aligned with global strategies.
• Manage supplier relationship management (SRM) activities, including performance reviews and business reviews.
• Lead cross-functional savings programs and track delivery through structured reporting.
• Develop procurement dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, NDAs, and internal procurement controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to support business needs and category strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical mindset for building business cases.
• Understanding of procurement processes and total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling.
• Ability to work onsite in Chippenham.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.
