Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: €80,000–€90,000 per year plus €5,000 variable compensation.

hirify.global is a fintech product company providing API-based regulated banking, payment, and Open Banking solutions across Europe and Latin America.

What you will do

• Define and communicate a 1–2 year product roadmap using market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics.
• Lead a product area across multiple squads and manage two Product Owners and/or Product Managers.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and valuable product opportunities.
• Improve prioritization, agile delivery, backlog management, release quality, and team performance measurement.
• Align Product, Revenue, Customer Success, Engineering, and Integration stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market activities by helping Revenue and Marketing communicate product value propositions and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in Fintech SaaS or banking.
• At least 2 years of experience managing product professionals.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience implementing tools and processes to measure team performance through KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
