Product Manager, Core Products & Platform

Location: Remote from Turkey, with CET working hours

Salary: $4,600–$5,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Define product strategy, quarterly goals, roadmaps, and success metrics for an assigned domain.
• Own delivery end to end, from customer discovery and solution definition through launch and post-launch validation.
• Write detailed engineering-ready specifications covering requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Customer Success, and PM Growth to deliver scalable product improvements and experiments.
• Monitor product metrics, reliability signals, and domain health while balancing new features, experimentation, and technical sustainability.
• Use AI across research, analysis, specification writing, and communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise environment.
• Proven ownership of a product area and a track record of shipping complex features in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to write precise specifications with clear requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong data fluency, including defining metrics, interpreting results, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Systems thinking, strong communication, and comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• English at C1 level and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, fintech, or financial product flows.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms involving APIs and integrations.
• Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in the enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain.
