Salary: $4,600 - $5,000 gross

What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Products & Platform domain.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and customer interviews to launch and post-launch validation.
- Create detailed engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Growth PMs to design and deliver high-velocity A/B experiments.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to translate enterprise client needs into scalable product improvements.
- Monitor product health and success metrics using data-driven causal reasoning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environments.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Ability to work effectively within a Russian-speaking team.
- Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end and shipping complex features.
- Strong data fluency and systems thinking to manage complex dependencies.
- Experience using AI tools as a default for research, analysis, and communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment flows, fintech, or financial products.
- Background in B2B SaaS platforms with complex API integrations.
- Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with the fundraising or nonprofit domain.
