What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Products & Platform domain.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and customer interviews to launch and post-launch validation.
• Create detailed engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Growth PMs to design and deliver high-velocity A/B experiments.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to translate enterprise client needs into scalable product improvements.
• Monitor product health and success metrics using data-driven causal reasoning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Ability to work effectively within a Russian-speaking team.
• Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end and shipping complex features.
• Strong data fluency and systems thinking to manage complex dependencies.
• Experience using AI tools as a default for research, analysis, and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment flows, fintech, or financial products.
• Background in B2B SaaS platforms with complex API integrations.
• Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with the fundraising or nonprofit domain.
