Inside Sales Proactive Support Specialist

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; must be available to work in the Columbus office near Polaris four days a week.

What you will do

• Prospect outbound to identify contacts within high-target accounts.
• Secure field visits and online meetings for Field Sales Representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and Field Sales partners.
• Generate and submit qualified leads for sales follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and knowledge of product lines, services, and internal sales systems.
• Provide updates on business issues, trends, and proactive sales opportunities while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Availability to work from the Columbus office near Polaris four days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous CRM experience preferred.
