TL;DR

Inside Sales Account Manager (Northeast Sales): Selling technology products and services to small to medium-sized businesses with an accent on establishing new accounts through outbound cold calling and managing B2B sales relationships. Focus on prospecting, identifying client pain points, providing solutions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location: Onsite in Merrimack, NH. Work hours are Monday – Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Eastern).

Salary: USD $19.25/Hr. (base). Average total compensation in year one ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 (base plus commission).

What you will do

  • Prospect 60 or more potential customers daily to secure new buying accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers within prospecting companies.
  • Uncover organizational pain points and areas of potential investment, then provide solutions.
  • Engage hirify.global Subject Matter Experts in customer conversations to provide technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customers receive a "Best in Class" experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Outstanding communication, listening, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • 1-2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred.
  • Prior cold-calling experience is helpful.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
