Machinist III (EUV Production)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite production environment

Salary: $28–$38 per hour; $10,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC equipment, including Makino, Haas, and other CNC platforms, to produce high-precision components.
• Set up and operate manual three-axis lathes, mills, and saws, including tooling installation, surface finishing, and dimensional verification.
• Troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measurement tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines.
• Interpret G-code and M-code, apply CNC programming fundamentals, and document inspections, production data, tooling changes, downtime, and work-order progress.
• Support and mentor machine operators while participating in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or precision machining.
• Experience setting up and operating at least two CNC machine platforms, such as Makino, Haas, or Mori.
• Strong ability to read and interpret G-code and M-code, with working knowledge of CNC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMs, precision measurement tools, hand tools, power tools, manufacturing systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs., work with required PPE, and move to a 12-hour shift when needed.
