Supervisor Operations - Picking

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at a distribution center

Salary: $76,640–$114,960 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Manage the daily execution of picking operations and oversee up to 35 employees and contract workers.
• Assign work, monitor progress, remove operational obstacles, and ensure productivity, safety, quality, and other KPIs are achieved.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching, engagement, and performance appraisals.
• Compile and analyze operational data and prepare leadership reports with proposals to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with peers across shifts and functions to optimize site-wide performance.
• Partner with Human Resources on promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary actions, and participate in assigned projects.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
