Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Distribution)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for the assigned warehouse shift.
• Allocate resources to meet safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and operational objectives.
• Manage inventory functions covering shipping time, order fill rate, inventory location, and shipping accuracy.
• Lead employee training, coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Monitor quality, safety, security, compliance, and operational metrics, participating in internal and external audits.
• Improve distribution processes and implement operational best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Employment eligibility verification is conducted through E-Verify.

• Powered industrial vehicle experience.
• Mobile handheld device experience.
