What you will do

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the assigned warehouse shift.
• Manage inventory functions and improve shipping time, order fill rate, inventory location, and shipping accuracy.
• Develop, train, coach, and evaluate employees to meet productivity, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Identify operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and implement improvement solutions.
• Maintain safety, security, compliance, and audit readiness for the area of responsibility.
• Improve distribution processes and establish operational best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Employment eligibility verification is required through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Powered industrial vehicle experience.
• Experience using mobile handheld devices.
