Team Leader, Integration Center (Logistics)

Location: Wilmington, OH. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $65,500 - $83,129 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Configuration/Depot/Kitting team, providing continuous coaching and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily zone activities, including staff schedules and budget management.
• Work alongside technicians for over 50% of the time to ensure project completion and high productivity.
• Generate and analyze daily and weekly KPI reports to identify trends and present data to management.
• Identify training needs and ensure technicians are up-to-date with industry and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate with sales and product management departments on the status of orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of IT configuration services and the value-added technology industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Access for database reporting and knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Ability to work 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.
