Skilled Maintenance Team Member

Location: Blue Springs, Mississippi, United States; onsite manufacturing plant role

Salary: $35.90–$47.10 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical production equipment and plant systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and improve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, motion-control, and motor-control systems.
• Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
• Fabricate and machine metal, plastic, and wood components for jigs, fixtures, repairs, work orders, and equipment modifications.
• Document completed work and contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance and/or military experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Technical skills in PLCs, computers and information technology, hydraulics and pneumatics, motion and motor control, welding, machining, and robotics.
• Availability to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
• Must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration support or visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Electrical degree, diploma, or certificate.
• Current or expired state journeyman electrical license documentation.
• Experience working with or repairing robotics.
