Post-Production Coordinator

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Support the Post-Production Executive with technical and administrative workflows from image capture through final delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and production partners to ensure accurate delivery paperwork and compliance with technical specifications.
• Track post-production administration, data, specifications, deadlines, QC outcomes, and deliverable masters across relevant systems.
• Set up and oversee Frame.io access so external production partners can share screeners.
• Manage media and internal distribution of online assets before transmission.
• Provide technical support for premieres, screeners, DCP creation, Marcomms, and the wider Production team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional post-production environment.
• Good knowledge of current broadcast workflows, production technology, and production processes, including emerging technologies such as AI.
• General understanding of offline, online, grading, audio, mastering, and QC processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Clear, accurate, and timely reporting and tracking skills.
