What you will do

• Manage the origination of physical and digital formats (vinyl, CD, Blu-Ray, digital) for a roster of key artists.
• Coordinate the entire production pipeline from inception, including design, repro, and final delivery.
• Project-manage high-specification campaigns, refining product mock-ups and ensuring strict quality control of print processes.
• Define critical paths for releases across multiple formats and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee the ingest and QC of high-resolution and immersive digital audio formats in line with industry standards.
• Manage production costs and security protocols for pre-release music to prevent leaks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a record label or similar production environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate external partners and prioritize workloads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Deep knowledge of print processes, materials, finishes, and vinyl production.
• Excellent understanding of digital audio files and music technology.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
