Technology Integration Specialist

What you will do

• Project-manage firm-wide rollouts of applications and infrastructure.
• Coordinate user migrations from legacy systems to newer platforms and manage high-impact technology changes.
• Manage business- and externally driven requirements requiring coordination across multiple teams.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams, business users, and external parties throughout application and infrastructure delivery.
• Maintain project tracking documentation and regular stakeholder communications.
• Use scripting and automation for project impact assessment, data collection, and migration tracking dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of software, hardware, and network concepts, as well as software development life cycle processes.
• Proficiency with Linux OS, Bash, and a scripting language such as Python or Perl.
• Experience with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL, and the Atlassian stack including JIRA, Service Desk, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau Dashboard or Grafana.
