Implementation Manager (AI SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the technical workstream across enterprise sales cycles, translating prospect goals into tailored platform solutions.
• Design and deliver proofs of concept, reusable demo environments, and validation frameworks that demonstrate measurable value.
• Analyze complex prospect data and turn it into polished use cases and compelling business cases.
• Own technical continuity from contract signature through onboarding and stabilization.
• Configure workflows, integrate and validate data, and create implementation roadmaps, milestones, and ownership plans.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers and coordinate dependencies across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
• Experience with both pre-sale and post-sale activities, including discovery, solution scoping, implementation, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, with working knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Strong project-management, communication, presentation, and live product demonstration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and implementations with urgency, precision, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
