What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management, driving governance and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Partner with leads to align clients, navigate escalations, and shape realistic scopes for sustainable delivery.
• Oversee financial health, including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Coach and mentor teammates, clients, and new hires, championing delivery excellence through continuous improvement.
• Translate client and end-user needs into solution requirements, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, making real-time scope tradeoff decisions.

Requirements

• Substantial experience delivering high-complexity software projects in a consulting or professional services environment, ideally involving AI, data, or emerging technologies.
• Deep SDLC knowledge and a proven track record of managing senior client relationships.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs from ideation through final delivery.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and experimental work.
• Clear and adaptable written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
