HR Manager/Recruiter

What you will do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Define candidate requirements and prepare job descriptions across multiple business functions.
• Analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and talent acquisition factors.
• Manage onboarding, provide ongoing employee support, and develop retention and development programs.
• Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies while maintaining recruitment reports.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment or HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
• Upper-intermediate English level required.
